Cubelox Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Cubelox: Color Rescue (also called Cubelox), provided by ncloube and featured on the Novvy Studio website. The application identifier is com.ncloube.cubelox. For privacy questions, contact haoyuedaodao@163.com.
1. Game data and support
You do not need an account to play. Level progress, coins, boosters, companion progress, theme selection and settings are stored locally on your device. The current game does not provide an account-based cloud-save service. Your operating system may include local data in device backups according to your settings.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to support and privacy requests. Please do not send passwords or payment details.
2. Advertising and analytics data
Cubelox integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), and AppsFlyer. Depending on platform, configuration and your privacy choices, these services may process:
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, IP address and approximate location inferred from IP address.
- App-instance, vendor and advertising identifiers, including IDFV, IDFA or Android advertising ID where available and permitted.
- Installation, session, campaign attribution and gameplay events, such as level starts, completion, time spent and booster use.
- Ad impressions, interactions, ad revenue events, diagnostic information and consent preferences.
We use these services to display and measure advertisements, understand how users find and use the game, improve performance and detect invalid advertising activity. The game does not require access to your contacts, microphone, camera or precise GPS location to play.
3. Service providers and sharing
Information is processed by the providers that support these functions. Their policies describe their own processing and retention practices:
- Google Privacy Policy — advertising, consent management and related measurement.
- AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy — attribution and analytics.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, security and legal rights. Advertising-related processing may be considered a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some regional privacy laws; applicable choices are available through consent controls and privacy requests.
4. Your choices
Where applicable, the game uses a consent message to collect advertising privacy preferences. Where a privacy-options entry is required and available, you can revisit it in the game's settings. On iOS, you can manage tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, use the advertising privacy controls in device settings. Declining tracking does not necessarily stop all advertising or operational analytics.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, withdraw consent, or object to or restrict certain processing. Email us with the subject “Cubelox Privacy Request”. We may request information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant records; do not send government identity documents unless a secure, necessary verification process has been agreed.
5. Local data and deletion requests
You can remove local app data using your device's app-data controls or by deleting the app, subject to operating-system backup and restore settings. This may permanently remove your progress. Deleting the app does not automatically erase data already processed by advertising or analytics providers.
For support messages or provider-held records associated with the game, email haoyuedaodao@163.com. Describe your request and device platform. We will handle requests as required by applicable law and coordinate with relevant providers where needed.
6. Retention, security and international processing
Local progress remains on your device until removed or overwritten. Support records are kept as needed to resolve requests and meet legal obligations. Advertising and analytics retention depends on the relevant provider's service settings and policies. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission system is completely secure. Providers may process information outside your country under the safeguards described in their policies.
7. Children
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through Cubelox, contact us so we can investigate and handle applicable deletion or consent requirements. Children and parents should follow the age requirements and parental controls applicable in their region and device store.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
